About Paddy McGrath
Paddy McGrath is Everway’s Head of Education Strategy for International markets. He works closely with education leaders, ministries, and schools to help embed inclusive teaching and learning at scale. Paddy is a passionate advocate for inclusion, accessibility and universal design, shaping policy, culture and practice across EMEA.
Guided by the belief in “Education for Everyone”, Paddy has delivered keynotes, workshops and policy guidance in over 31 countries, while leading strategy grounded in pedagogy - powered by technology and AI to drive meaningful, sustainable change in teaching, learning and lives.
Paddy champions technology that improves access to learning while strengthening outcomes. For him, inclusion is not an add-on. It is the foundation of effective teaching.
His work reflects Everway’s belief that technology should adapt to people, not the other way around. By focusing on accessibility, inclusion, and UDL, he helps schools and systems build long-term capability, not short-term fixes.
