Karen Pavlin

Chief Workforce Innovation Officer, ServiceNow

Karen Pavlin is Chief Workforce Innovation Officer at ServiceNow, leading global efforts to shape the future of work in an AI-enabled world. She drives ServiceNow’s neuroinclusive and accessible people initiatives, including RiseUp, which breaks down barriers to tech careers and supports equitable opportunities for employees and communities.

An admired leader in culture and workforce innovation, Karen has over 30 years of experience building dynamic teams and scaling global technology enterprises. She previously held senior roles at Accenture and Xerox Corporation, managing global portfolios and strategic client relationships.

Karen holds a BA and MA in marketing communications and business from the University of Virginia and is certified by Cornell University's Modern Chief Diversity Officer programme. She serves on the boards of Apollo Theater, iMentor, and Girls Who Code, and has been recognized by The Network Journal and the 4A’s Foundation for her leadership in advancing inclusion.

Lisa Smyth

VP Neuroinclusive Workplaces, Everway

Lisa Smyth is Vice President of Inclusive Workplaces at Everway, a global leader in creating tools that empower people with disabilities and neurodivergence to thrive in education and the workplace. A passionate advocate for neurodiversity, Lisa draws on years of professional expertise and personal insight as the mother of neurodivergent children. She is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments where everyone can unlock their full potential and be valued for their unique perspectives.

Lisa will bring cross-industry success stories and highlight sustainable practices, helping attendees envision what great neuroinclusion looks like in diverse settings.

Michael Elgo

Principal Product Manager - Accessibility

Michael Elgo is Principal Product Manager - Accessibility at ServiceNow. Within his role he leads initiatives to embed Accessibility checkpoints in the Product Development Lifecycle. He is the driving force behind Text Adjust, a chromium-based browser extension designed to assist users with Dyslexia and other cognitive conditions. By implementing a "shift left" approach, he ensures that accessibility is a top priority from the beginning of the product development process.

Drawing on hands-on experience across product development, accessibility, and cross-functional collaboration, Michael will share practical lessons on embedding accessible tools into everyday work
